Three Related Conflict Zones
The fall of Soviet was started when the anti-communist invaded Afghanistan and caused the Soviet's withdrawal from Afghanistan. It is said that Peshawar in Pakistan has been the anti-communists' spy hub against Soviet. So, the conflicts in the three places (Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kashmir) or even more countries (India, Bangladesh, Tibet etc.) are very closely related each other, and such conflicts are often centered in Peshawar.
For example, let's see one simple map which shows the location of violent incidents caused by "civilians". In this context, civilians include medical workers, NGOs, foreign development projects, foreign military industrial complex, religious groups etc.. So, such civilians are often a part of the war, or even protagonists. Since the Crimean War, British Monarchists always use medical units as hidden medical soldiers.

Obviously, there is an intensive zone with numerous violent incidents. And this zone is around Peshawar. It is connected to the sea from Karachi port by Sindhu river. In the highest point, there is a Mangla Dam constructed by JICA (Japanese war criminals).

From this place, the anti-communists invaded Afghanistan (Kabul). And in the same point, they could reach to Kashmir easily. So, it is important to see the violent incident around this area beyond the countries' borders.

It is the violent map of the stated area. You can find that the violent incidents are concentrated in the province of Peshawar (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).

Conflicts in Kashmir
In Kashmir, the major actors are Indian Military or Pakistani affiliated groups (including Rebels).
Here are the top actors in the Kashmir conflict. JeM, LeT, HM, KT, and TRF are all originally from Pakistan. That is to say, Kashmir is the place of the war between India and Pakistan. TRF is suspected as the brother organization of Lashkar-e-Taiba, which is the largest terrorist organization in the South Asia.
Of course, "Lashkar" means the Laskars (pirates and fishermen who cooperated with the Jesuits' invasion in the Columbus era). JICA started its business from Colombo Plan in Sri Lanka and it constructed the Mangla Dam. Seemingly, there is a hub of such pirates around Pakistan (Sindhu river) and Sri Lanka.
