Noah and the War in Caucasus

The story of Noah in the Christian Bible is based on the real story. But Noah was not a secret person not God. Noah is a metaphor of the war criminals who arrived at the mount of Ararat after they escaped the great political purge. Since then, the war criminals causes numerous wars in the Caucasus and Middle East Area.

In modern sense, Azerbaijan and Armenia have been fighting over the Nagorno-Karabakh issue. This conflict is one kind of the war between communist state (Azerbaijan) versus anti-communist state (Armenia). The war reached to ceasefire on 20 September, 2023. At that time, it was reported that Armenia surrendered to Azerbaijan.

However, few weeks after this ceasefire, the October 7 incident happened in Israel. Azerbaijan won the Nagorno-Karabakh war partly thanks to the weapons offered by Israel. Azerbaijan and Israel are allies. And then, the war in Israel is still ongoing.

One Mystery - Azvirt of Azerbaijan

In my understanding, the Azerbaijan-Armenia conflict was a war between communist and anti-communist. However, one exception was found - an Azerbaijani construction company Azvirt.

This company Azvirt cooperates with Chinese Belt and Road Initiative (modern Silk Road) to construct infrastructure in Bosnia. But, Modern Silk Road is a globalist project of Byzantine faction (the enemy of Azerbaijan).

Baku. 12 October. REPORT.AZ/ Consortium including Azerbaijani AzVirt and Chinese China Power companies intend to participate in international tender for implementation of infrastructure projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After that, I investigated this company. And then, I found that Azvirt even constructed infrastructure in Serbia (the country of Serbian orthodox church). It seems that there is a very complicated structure in this conflict because the current Serbia never allows a company to construct its infrastructure without a strong Byzantine connection. In addition, Azvirt was established by the cooperation with a German company WIRTGEN in Rheinland-Pfalz, the place of the "Pennsylvania- Pfalz Germans". It was established in 1995 and expanded to Serbia (2011), Bosnia (2019), Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine. So, surely this company was related to the Yugoslavian wars in 1990s.

Also, the founder of Azvirt - Aliyev Ali Musa Ogly has a Christian surname "Musa" (Moses) and Ogly. And he was born in Dahnaz, Vedi (Vedinsky) in Armenia in 1933. In 1937, he and his family were sent to Dzhambul, Kazakhstan in 1937. And then, he studied in Kyrgyzstan Technical University (formerly called Frunze Polytechnic Institute) until 1953. (*The university was established in 1954. Maybe he falsified his profile.) And then, he moved to Saratov in Russia to continue his study, which is close to Volga river.

In 1940s, Stalin purged Volga Germans. And such Volga Germans were mainly sent to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Siberia. However, it seems such political purge to Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan already started at least in 1937 as I see the example of the family of Ali Aliev. His family may have had a Volga German origin, or his family acquired the connection with Volga Germans in the era they lived in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. It led him to establish Azvirt with Pfalz German company.

After the Nazi invasion of the Soviet Union, Stalin (in September 1941) ordered the forced resettlement of ethnic Germans living in Soviet-controlled parts of the USSR, as a potentially hostile ethnic population - most notably about 400,000 Volga Germans and about 80,000 Germans from Leningrad (St. Petersburg) and other areas - to remote areas in Siberia, Kyrgystan, and Kazakhstan, where they were forced to remain after the war. Many died during the resettlement. Expulsion of Germans after World War II

In addition, his surname "Musa" is very common in Croatia and Albania among Turkish (?) colonists. However, other people with the surname Musa are mostly Janissaries, a soldier against the political purge by Germany/ Stalin, a Persian scholar who imported Greek text to Persia, and Palestine refugees. So, it is very likely that this surname is related to Byzantine/ Orthodox Christians.

His another surname "Ogly" (meaning: Son) is a typical surname for orthodox Christians who had to change their name into Turkish style. Such Christians are patrilineal, and they tend to have surname like (father's name) + (son of). The part of (son of) is varied in each language. In Armenian, it is -yan. In Polish, it is -ski/ -sky. In Turkish, it is -Oğlu.

The founder of Azvirt, Ali Aliev seems a person with a background close to Armenia rather than Azerbaijan. His birthplace is even within Armenia now. But why did he have azerbaijani nationality?

Enclave of Azerbaijan - Nakhchivan

Here is the map around Azerbaijan and Armenia.

The red area is Ararat Province in Armenia which include Vedinsky (the birthplace of Ali Aliev). The blue area is Nakhchivan, the enclave of Azerbaijan, or it is sometimes regarded as a semi-independent republic. And the red pin is the place of the mount Ararat - the place where the Ark of "Noah" was arrived.

As you see in this map, the two colored areas are very close to the Mount of Ararat (within 50km). Most districts in Armenia experienced name changes into with the suffix -sky in the 1930s. So, assumingly, the Ark of Noah (refugees who tried to avoid Stalin's Great Purge) arrived there around 1930s. In such era, Ali Aliev was born in Vedinsky. At that time, Vedinsky could have been a forced labor camp because it also had mining industry and irrigation project.(Development of Lake of Sevan in 1930s etc.)

Also, most of politicians in Azerbaijan New Party came from this enclave - Nakhchivan. It is a bit mysterious that Azerbaijani politics has been dominated by people from enclave. And it seems this enclave has a strong relation with Armenians. Many of the residents are mixed blood with Armenians. Perhaps, Azerbaijani politics (not army) has been penetrated by Armenians, or the "independence movement" from Soviet was led by such pro-Armenian faction.

Armenian Expedition by A. B. Shelkovnikov

Since 1927, there was an Expedition of Lake Van (the biggest lake in Armenia) which was led by A.B. Shelkovnikov. Some of expedition formed by Shelkovnikov included Nakhchivan (the enclave of Azerbaijan). And it included a feasibility study of the development of the Lake Sevan. Most members of the expedition have suspicious background (surname ending in -ski, researchers of mineral, born in Siberia etc.). A.B. Shelkovnikov himself was also arrested with many other Armenian economists in 1930s during Stalin's Great Purge because Shelkovnikov cooperated with economists who propagated New Economic Plan (partial privatization of national facilities, accept foreign investors, adoption of convertible currency -FX, etc.). In addition, the father of A.B. Shelkovnikov, Boris Shelkovnikov was born in Armenia, and he was a hero in the Russo-Turkish war. Namely, his father was on the Romanov faction who fought against Turkish.

So, it is likely that Romanov faction exiled to Armenia or arrived in Armenia as a part of forced labor (jail work).

The "New Economic Plan" (1921-28) was adopted by Lenin, and it had a similar concept to Marshall Plan (war reconstruction). In the same era, Hoover penetrated to Russia to solve "famine" via ARA (1921-1923). It is natural to assume that Hoover's ARA cooperated with this New Economic Plan faction. At that time, there were also a problematic International food volunteer groups which forcedly seized food from farmers under the name of "food distribution". Seemingly, this international group contained soldiers from Poland and Austria-Hungary.

It is noted that Ararat Rebellion happened during the Expedition of Armenia by Shelkovnikov. The rebellion fought against Turkish government and established Kurdish/ Armenian led Republic of Ararat in 1927. The republic was terminated by Turkish army in 1930.

As a summary, after the WWI, Lenin - Federalist still tried to recover Christian empire in Russia. And they conducted the New Economic Policy. However, it was suspected by other Russians, and some of them may have arrested. then, such Romanov faction gradually arrived around Ararat as a part of forced labor or research project. Such people even established Republic of Ararat for Kurdish and Armenians supported by UK. However, Turkish army terminated the ephemeral republic in 1930. In the same years, Stalin also purged such faction within Soviet.
