Slides for UNHCR Data Class

I upload a presentation slides for the course to deal with UNHCR data by Python and Jupyter Notebook quickly. Since the online surveillance on social media became more severe recently, there is a possibility that I can not comment on each refugee related incidents in the world immediately.

For almost one year, I have asserted that each country (especially army and police) should educate such data scientists who can deal with UNHCR data because this data shows the core of many problems such as invasion and coup. Also, the amount of data is too big to deal with only by myself. So, it is better to increase the number of data scientists who can analyze this data with political/ historical overview.
