Coup Attempt in Mali
Few days ago, there was a coup attempt in Mali, and its defense minister was killed. Mali has been governed by Army regime. So, anti-junta faction conducted a coup attempt.
The suspects are reported as JNIM and Azawad Liberation Front. Azawad Liberation Front required "Kurdistan style autonomy" in the north Mali. So, this issue is very similar to Kurdish issue in the middle east.
Origin of Anti-junta Mali = Polisario/ Western Sahara
The anti-junta side of Mali faction exiled to other countries, and formed "Coalition of Forces for the Republic" in Algeria in December, 2023. Interestingly, it is almost the same era when the missing refugees from Western Sahara went back to Algeria. I suspect that anti-junta side of Mali is "West Saharan Refugees" (= Polisario). Polisario has been one of the major enemy of Moroccan army since 1970s.
Prominent Malian opposition figures in exile have announced the formation of the Coalition of Forces for the Republic, describing resistance as a national duty in the face of what they call the most severe crisis in the country’s modern history. The announcement came through a statement by the new coalition, which includes notable personalities such as religious leader Mahmoud Dicko, who has been based in Algeria since December 2023.
In fact, Mali junta withdrew from the recognition of "Sahrawi Arab democratic republic" (an independent republic of Polisario) on 10 April, 2026. So, it is very likely that anti-junta faction of Mali contains Polisario/ Western Sahara origin refugees.
The Republic of Mali announced today that « following a thorough review of this important issue (the Sahara), which has an impact on sub-regional peace and security, the Republic of Mali has decided, as of today, to withdraw its recognition of the "Sahrawi Arab democratic republic (sadr)"».
Origin of Polisario
Morocco has been fighting against Polisario (Western Sahara separatists) since 1970s when it took over the governance of western sahara from Franco of Spain. In the UNCR statistical sense, such western Sahara origin refugees suddenly emerged in 1975 in Algeria (as shown in the first graph). It was almost the same year when "Palestinian" refugees suddenly emerged in the statistics of UNHCR, and Lebanon suddenly accepted 700k origin unknown refugees in 1976.
I personally suspect that such refugees suddenly emerged in the middle of 1970s are a part of "10 million Indian origin returned refugees" (=Kennedy refugees helped by Indira Gandhi, possibly arrived in the Indian sea), as I explained in the past article.
One possible origin of Polisario could be such Kennedy refugees (10 million Indian origin returned refugees). But anoter possibility is that such UNHCR refugees joined in the past forced labor camp in the Morocco - Algeria border.
During WWII, forced labor camps in the north Africa were concentrated in the Morocco - Algeria border due to the jail work theme (construction of Trans-Sahara railways). They constructed the railway from Mediterranean sea side to Sahara desert. Then, they may have met with other forced labors from South (Senegal, Guinea, Mali etc.).
The background is very similar to Palestine refugees. Palestine also had Palestine railways project, and refugee camps are located close to the statins of railways (Haifa, Gaza, Rafah, El Arish, Suez, etc.) due to the convenience of their work to construct the railway.
The ally of Polisario, Azawad liberation Front requires "Iraqi Kurdistan style autonomy" within Mali. So, the issue is really similar to the middle east and Kurdish (another big UNHCR refugee group in the middle east). Kurdish is functioned as US puppet militia within Iraq, and they dominate Iraqi "civilian" politics since the death of Hussein. Kurdistan is functioned as an invasion hub against Turkey and Iran as well as Iraq. In addition, the current director of UNHCR is a Kurdish from Iraq.
The alleged leader of Polisario is Brahim Ghali. I personally suspect that he is a relative of Butros Butros Ghali (the son of prime minister of Egypt in the monarchist era, and the past UN secretary general who caused Yugoslavian war by sending mass UNHCR refugees) because the invasion method in Sahara area is too similar to Yugoslavia as I mentioned in the past article.
Algerian Domestic Politics Related to Polisario
Algerian government has been often criticized as the "sponsor" of Polisario, and this is the main cause of Morocco - Algeria conflict. However, Algeria is also famous as its good relationship with Russia. Their infrastructure is still mostly national own. Namely, it is still a communist like country.
Algeria politics also has Charles de Gaulle faction (real communist or army regime - such as Ahmed Ben Bella? or Algerian army's origin NLA and Liamine Zeroual) and Kennedy faction (Leninists, forced labor camp prisoners fugitives - Houari Boumediene and its Oujda connection).
In my understanding, Algeria experienced a real independence movement (independence against Christian colonists or against war criminals of WWII) since 1954. I personally suspect that Charles de Gaulle faction stayed in Algeria and supported such "independence" (or liberation) movement after Charles de Gaulle was ousted by French politics in 1946 (it is known as "a traversee du desert" or desert travel era from 1946 to 1958 of Gaulle). In 1958, Gaulle won the inner power struggle in France, and he went back to the mainland France, and established the fifth republic of France. So, assumingly, there was also junta (army regime) led independence movement in Algeria (supported by Gaulle) in 1950s. Egypt military coup which ousted monarchy/ Coptic church happened in 1952 (also in the Gaulle's "desert travel" era). Such Egyptian army and Bella/ NLA (Algerian army) were allies.
However, Eisenhower/ Kennedy established Bureau of African Affairs to steal the French colony influenced by Charles de Gaulle. Kennedy hijacked such real independence movement of Gaullism by making fake independence movement led by Leninists and OAU. I explained the detail in the past article.
US established the Bureau of African Affairs on July 18, 1958 and it was right after Charles de Gaulle came back to France and established the Fifth Republic of France on June 1, 1958 (Gaulle was the prime minister and minister of Defense since then). In fact, the African countries which Kennedy supported their "independence" were almost all past French colonies such as Guinea (from France), Cameroon (from France, also the past German colony), Senegal (from France), Togo (from France), Niger (from France) etc. So, it is obvious that Kennedy anti-communists wanted to steal French colonies from Charles de Gaulle. In addition, Ethiopian emperor (Ethiopian orthodox Christian) established an organization OAU (Organization of African Unity) for the fake independence movement in 1963 which was often led by Christians. It was also the Ethiopian emperor who started to invite UN peacekeeping to Africa, and he send the first UN peacekeeping to Congo (to destroy the real independence) in 1960. The two types of independence caused the famous “anti-Christian line” in Africa. North part of Africa is mostly Islam while South part is Christianity.
Algerian independence war (1954-1962 or 1965) has two parts. The one was led by Gaullists while the other was led by Kennedy (and forced labor camp prisoners). In the end, Boumediene and his successors ousted Gaullists (Bella? and Algerian army) from the central politics and his party conducted Green Dam project (the pilot project of Great Green Wall, a fake anti-desert environmental project which includes the resettlement of nomadic people), welcoming West Sahara origin refugees (Polisario) in Tindouf in 1975, industrialization policy led by establishing the state mining firm (SNREM -Société nationale de recherches et d'exploitation minières in 1967), privatization of Algerian National Steel Company (steel industry was a part of gulag forced labor themes) and established Sider, etc.
Tindouf (main refugee camp location for Polisario) also as a huge iron mine called Gara Djebilet. This Djebilet was allegedly discovered in 1952, and mainly developed in the 1970s. Assumingly, the development of Gara Djibilet largely relied on the Polisario - Oujida forced labor camp connection's human resources and knowledge.
In any case, Algeria experienced another military coup in 1994 via Zeroual. He was a part of Algerian army during the independence war era. He also rejected to meet with Chirac (similar politician as Macron supported by hydrogen nuclear power terrorists and UNHCR refugees). Since then, Algerian government started re-nationalization policy including against Sider. So, Sider - privatization faction resents Algerian government because nationalization often reduces their profit.
I think that Morocco - Algeria relation became bad mainly due to Polisario issue caused by Kennedy - Boumediene - Sider faction. But Algerian "government" (especially Army) is obviously against Sider because they conducted the re-nationalization and fought against Sider. It is very likely that such Boumediene - Sider faction of Algeria (it could be "private sector") spread anti-Algerian government propaganda to let neighbor countries to hate Algerian government as a sponsor of Polisario terrorists because they want to oust the current Algerian government. However, it is obviously Boumediene - Sider - Kennedy (CENTCOM) ring who welcomed and funded Polisario/ Tindouf iron mine.
Ecological Infrastructure of West Saharawi Refugees
As I described in the naval plan, such war criminals of WWII/ UNHCR refugees are often sustained by Coral Reef/ Marsh. In Sahara's case, it could be Marsh in Ghana (used in the Noguchi Hideyo bio-terrorism) and Coral Reef in Guinea-Bissau (Kennedy bureau of African Affairs penetrated to Africa in 1960s from Guinea-Bissau) and Dakhla (huge coral reef protected by RAMSAR since 2005) in Western Sahara. But in this case, the refugees stay within the desert, but not in the coastal side. So, I think "Oasis" of Sahara desert sustains the anaerobic/ alkaline/ salty/ biodiversity environment of terrorists.
Desert area is a very dry area, but it has a high alkaline (pH 7.2 - 10.1)/ salinity soil (sand with shells) as well as beach. So, the condition of the soil in the desert is very similar to the coastal side. In fact, the current area of Sahara desert was ocean 50 - 100 million years ago. So, it sustains seeds/ anima of coral reef like mixed blood anaerobic species in their soil.
Tindouf has the biggest refugee camp of western Sahara origin refugees. And Tindouf is also an oasis area. Their water contains CaCO3 a lot. But also, a large amount of Gypsum is found around Tindouf. So, the acidification operation by H2SO4 could have been already conducted. But gypsum stopped the reaction of acidification. However, the area does not have aluminum. It could be better to use alum (aluminum sulfate) instead of H2SO4 because aluminum can form silt and clay which are preferable for land plants. Aluminum silicate is also functioned as a barrier against heat stress (especially needed in desert area) and pest.
Fortunately, Oasis has been often targeted by army faction since the era of Achaemenid Persia to the modern Morocco. So, oasis is a typical military target during the war.
Macron France - Hijack of France by Bretagne Pirates and UNHCR Refugees
Recently, I read a news that Macron's party lost a political seat in Saint Denis.
Before, Macron's birth place was described as Saint Denis, but recently, it was changed. However, his father (neurologist) is still said to be born in Saint Denis. So, it means that Macron overwhelmingly lost his popularity in his family's home town. Normally, a politician's birth place/ home town is a strong supporter of the politician. But if he lost in his birth place, it somehow implies that the closest people do not want him to stay in politics.
Then, I noticed that Saint Denis was a place of concentration camp (jail for war criminals) during German occupation era (Drancy concentration camp). And this concentration camp includes lots of medical workers and scientists (including a researcher in Pasteur institute), just like Macron's father. I personally suspect that Macron was born in the family of concentration camp. Then, it is understandable why he accepted huge number of UNHCR refugees (mainly from Syria) and destroyed France during his term. Since the terrorism by ISIS (Syrian refugees' fake IS), Paris was destroyed and almost no original French people live there after coronavirus era. Patent of Covid-SARS virus is owned by Pasteur institute. Macron surely cooperated with Pasteur institute and even university of Paris is colonized by Pasteur - Medical sector since the ISIS era.
Macron's Nuclear Plan in France and History of French Nuclear Experiment
In March, Macron also announced the enhancement of French nuclear power. He mentioned a French nuclear submarine Le Temeraire in this article, which is based in Ile Longue (Bretagne) since 1972. So, I think his nuclear plan is mainly related hydrogen bomb side or war criminals of WWII (Atolls) side, but not "Uranium" (land force nuclear which destroyed Nagasaki/ Hiroshima).
Here is the location of Ile Longue in Bretagne, France. Just like ria coast or atolls, the area is also protected from direct wave from the sea. So, the Bay of Brest also maintains high density of CaCO3, and "biodiversity" (Cambrian/ Permian mixed blood remains). Interestingly, the area also has a town called "Tinduff" (very similar name as the Polisario camp - Tindouf in Algerian Sahara). Seemingly, Tindouf means "Black points" in Breton language.
Brest Bay has a big marine park Oceanopolis, which aims to preserve coral reef species since 1990. In France, anti-communists often established such marine park to spread coral reef species in France.
Another very dubious marine park is Nausicaa Centre National de la Mer (1991-) near Calais (north square in the map on the left). Nausicaa is also famous as having one of the biggest cultivated coral reef. And the area (west coast of Hauts de France) is full of protected big Marsh. I roughly marked the main coral reef/ marsh/ dangerous "biodiversity" area in the mainland France. These area should be considerd for the acidification/ landfill operation.
In addition, France has a numerous atolls in their colony in the south pacific ocean, French Polynesia. Since 1966 (or, perhaps, especially since Chirac era - 1990s), France conducted hydrogen side of nuclear experiments in French Polynesia. These atolls can be also melted by acidification bombs to avoid undersea volcano/ earthquake terrorism.
Why did France need to conduct such war criminal side of nuclear experiments?
During Algerian independence war in 1960s, France also conducted nuclear experiments. But it was mainly in Algeria, especially desert area near oasis (such as Ekker). At that time, maybe French nuclear weapons are similar to the ones destructed Nagasaki/ Hiroshima, namely, it was army side of nuclear weapons (Uranium/ Plutonium). I think such nuclear test was conducted in Algeria by junta faction of France/ Algeria mainly against the Kennedy faction due its chemicals (Uranium/ Plutonium related). But history of France/ French colony is largely revised. So, it is written as if it was conducted by Kennedy (war criminals of WWII) side. Just like Trinity nuclear test by US army, French original nuclear tests in 1960s was conducted by desert.
I also noticed that such army side of nuclear weapons mostly destroyed granite, which contains magnesium and iron(remains of anaerobes) in the "Black Points" (Tinduff means black point in Breton language). Granite often preserves archaic bacteria (anaerobic bacteria) in it. In fact, Nagasaki/ Hiroshima atomic bombs also melted granite a lot. Both of Socorro, New Mexico (Trinity) and Ekker (Algeria) have granite rich soil.
If the main target of nuclear weapons were Nagasaki/ Hiroshima, it was very mysterious why US did not conducted the nuclear test in polder area or coastal area with coral reef. Normally, "test" is conducted in the place with similar condition as the main targets. In fact, nuclear test in Pakistan was also conducted in desert area with granite. The mutual points of such desert area and Nagasaki/ Hiroshima are granite (or magnesium/ iron in biotite), highly alkaline soil, and closeness to water (oasis or sea). Granite also contains Uranium. To extract the uranium from granite, it needs to crush granite, and then leaching it with sulfuric acid (H2SO4) or other strong acid especially at high temperature. So, the real "uranium enrichment" could be also related to "acidification" (+ high heat and aluminum). Seemingly, the black points of granite can be also dissolved by H2SO4 and kill anaerobes in it.
In the recent speech about French nuclear deterrence, Macron said "We dismantled the land component of our deterrence and our enrichment facilities for military purposes.". I thought it could be about the recent war of Iran or somewhere in the middle east. However, seemingly, it was about France itself. Especially since Chirac era (1995-2007) , France closed Uranium mines, dismantled uranium enrichment facilities for "military (land force) purpose" and shifted its nuclear development to hydrogen (atolls) side, and "civilian" (private companies) usage. So, Chirac (maybe Kennedy refugee linked spy) conducted the Kennedy- Eisenhower/ Japanese empire style nuclear policy in France, and destroyed the defense power of France which was developed in the nuclear test in Sahara in 1960s.
Chirac and Macron as Just a Japanese/ CENTCOM Spy
Just like the beginning of Macron, France experienced terrorism by Islam (?) extremists from Algeria (Groupe Islamique Arme - GIA) in the middle of 1990s. One leader of GIA was arrested by Morocco. So, assumingly, it was in the Polisario related group. Or even, Chirac regime was made by the Polisario/ Sider/ privatization terrorists who were ousted by Zeroal (1994-1999) in Algeria. Maybe Chirac and Macron (CENTCOM or Japanese empire spies) conducted coup in France by hiring such GIA and Polisario= UNHCR refugees as private militia. They ousted land force faction (nationalist faction) of France, and replaced it to navy/ air force/ private sector. "Tindouf" of Polisario refugee camp in Algeria has a very similar name to "Tinduff" in Bretagne (French naval nuclear hub since Chirac era) in France, I think the two Tinduff-Tindouf are closely related. Perhaps, such terrorist naval forced are hired from western Sahara origin Polisario (= a part of Kennedy refugees).
In any case, I noticed that all of such "Chirac/ Macron" related regions with coral reef/ marsh/ biodiversity have "Kennedy Street" or train/ metro station named after Kennedy. So, I think Chirac and Macron are just an agent of Kennedy/ CENTCOM/ Korean war spies = Japanese empire.
Then, the solution is the same as middle east - making new gulag with huge walls by neighbor army and dissolving coral reef/ anaerobes (perhaps in magnesium/ iron in granite) by acidification).
Solution of Polisario - UNHCR Refugees in Sahara and France
New Gulag in West Sahara
I updated the west Africa part of Gulag plan. Morocco has been fighting against Poisario for 50 years, Algeria surely has an army and anti-privatization faction. Mali is experiencing the terrorism by JNIM (Polisario ally). If Mauritania (99% muslims) can join in this operation, they can make a new Gulag (concentration camp = jail) in the west sahara area or a bit far from oasis with thick army walls.
Such alliance needs to destroy oasis of Tindouf by acidification and landfill (aluminum sulfate and sand + silt). The area already has gypsum. So, perhaps, past army conducted acification by H2SO4, but gypsum (the origin of "Jesus" = Yasso = Gesso Christ) stopped the chemical reaction. Alum (Morocco has rich alum stone reserve) and landfill (sand in the bottom and silt on the surface) may solve it. But if it can not solve this problem, they need to consider the traditional army's nuclear weapon (uranium enrichment) to melt granite/ iron/ magnesium by acidification + "heat".
As for Morocco, I think it is better to destroy coral reef around Dakhla and west coast of West Sahara region by acidification and land fill.
For Algeria, they need to consider dissolution of Sider and re-nationalization of mining/ steel industry to oust Kennedy/ Leninist faction who hijacked Algerian real independence.
For Mali, they need to sustain the southern wall by keeping junta regime. I think the destruction of Tindouf surely affects on Mali in a positive way. I am not sure where the past French army exiled to, perhaps it could be the past French Sudan (Sudan to Mali area). Then, it is obvious that such people know how to develop the "Uranium" side of nuclear weapons. The knowledge/ weapon is very likely to be needed to destroy terrorist hub in Tindouf.
**Seemingly, the first nuclear experiment of France in Algeria (Reggane) itself targeted oasis in Sahara, especially its granite rocks. As I saw a video of the official explanation about the nuclear tests in 1960s, they grinded granites just like the typical process to extract uranium by acidification (H2SO4) of granite. So, it is very likely that the French army side of nuclear weapons were used against the enemies whom Mali and its neighbors are fighting now.
It is very important to strengthen alliance in Mauritania since the country can close the Polisario's possible escape route to the Atlantic sea, and block cooperation between Polisario and desalination plant constructors (JICA spies who produces NaOH - Alkaline) in Senegal. Also, it is better to oust Pasteur institutes in such past French colony to stop their bio-terrorism. But Pasteur terrorists might be automatically "dissolved" when coral reef and granite are melted.
Operation in Mainland France
Since the terrorism in Mali obviously comes from the terrorists who hijack France, military operation in France is needed. The priority locations are:
1. Bretagne - Brest Bay
2. Hauts de France
3. South France
4. French Polynesia
So far, the urgent target could be "Bretagne (Ile Longue - Tinduf)" as regarding the problem in the west Sahara.
I am not sure if nationalist faction of France is still alive in Bretagne. So far, I got to know that Bretagne has the highest rate of ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), which is also linked to the neuroweapons originated in coral reef.
If alliance can catch anti-Chirac/ Macron faction in Brest bay, they can conduct the acidification and landfill operation from land. But assumingly, Ile Longue is strictly secured by French navy. So, naval mines or air force drop of acidification bomb should be considered in the area. Since it is a semi-closed area, even without making wall, perhaps local acidification may be attained.
If such destruction of terrorist ecosystem is accomplished, the regime change in France could become easier. I think that so many people will be arrested and sent to the new forced labor camps after that. And the terrorism cooperators in France are so many in the current situation. The location of such jails could be also similar to the forced labor camps in WWI and II.
