In the last article, I roughly grasped the outline of Kennedy refugees (who were purged from their countries because of the fall of Kennedy anti-communist regime). This time, I try to find analyze the possible major destination of Kennedy refugees - East Africa.
European Colonists in Africa during WWI & II

Before dealing with the past/ current refugee issue in East Africa, it is better to understand the past European Colonists and independence movement in Africa. Here are the European colonists in Africa in 1913 and 1939. The major difference is the existence of Germany in the map. Germany lost the area of East Africa, west part of South Africa, and around Cameroon. In fact, Africaans (the language of South Africa) has many German influenced terms. So, I assume that the "Apartheid" faction which mining workers wanted to oust was the past German faction in South Africa.

As for the map in WWII, there are several maps. Some maps show that German East Africa/ South Africa existed until 1919. Just like the case of Europe, perhaps, the establishment of the League of Nations (1920) caused the expansion of British colony. In any case, the past German colonies became a part of British sovereign during WWII. And this British colony area has the two origins of Nile river - Uganda and Ethiopia which cause the flood terrorism. (I explain it in the last paragraph of this article.)
In short, the refugee issue (and the whole political crisis there) is linked to the independence movement against the past European colonists. But “de-colonization of Africa” is not one unified movement. There are at least two types of independence movements. The one was led by the post-liberals of WWII (or Prussia Germans) while the other was led by war criminals of WWII (British monarchists/ Jesuits/ orthodox Christians/ Gandhi of India/ mining workers/ UNHCR refugees etc.)
De-colonization movement in Africa
Africa experienced mass de-colonization movement after WWII (or even before that). Until 1960, there were some real independence movements. However, such independence movements were gradually hijacked by Kennedy/ British colonist faction. Africa started to accept UNHCR refugees in Congo in 1960. It was the year when Congo/ Rwanda became independent from Belgium. The independentists in Congo were split into two parts, and the original independence leader was arrested by the past ally. I suspect that UNHCR refugees (possibly Kennedy refugees) arrived in Congo were functioned as mercenaries to destroy the original real independence of Congo.
US established the Bureau of African Affairs on July 18, 1958 and it was right after Charles de Gaulle came back to France and established the Fifth Republic of France on June 1, 1958 (Gaulle was the prime minister and minister of Defense since then). In fact, the African countries which Kennedy supported their "independence" were almost all past French colonies such as Guinea (from France), Cameroon (from France, also the past German colony), Senegal (from France), Togo (from France), Niger (from France) etc. So, it is obvious that Kennedy anti-communists wanted to steal French colonies from Charles de Gaulle.
In addition, Ethiopian emperor (Ethiopian orthodox Christian) established an organization OAU (Organization of African Unity) for the fake independence movement in 1963 which was often led by Christians. It was also the Ethiopian emperor who started to invite UN peacekeeping to Africa, and he send the first UN peacekeeping to Congo (to destroy the real independence) in 1960. The two types of independence caused the famous “anti-Christian line” in Africa. North part of Africa is mostly Islam while South part is Christianity.

Due to the two factors (UNHCR refugees = Kennedy refugees and OAU), it seems African independence movement was changed from the real independence to mining worker Leninist coup by war criminals since around 1960-1963. In any case, let’s check the detail of the UNHCR refugees in Africa.
UNHCR Refugees in East Africa
The first African country appeared in UNHCR data was Congo in 1960. There were 150k refugees (origin: Angola) who arrived Congo in 1960. It is likely that the refugees from Angola (or transit in Angola) to Congo were hired in the "UN peacekeeping forces" which the Ethiopian Orthodox Christian emperor sent in 1960 to Congo. These refugees could have been the past European colonists in Angola who had to run away from the independence war in Angola (1961-1974). However, the refugees already arrived in Congo in 1960. Also, the colonists in Angola was Portugal (Spanish Franco regime like army junta at that time). Angola became independent in 1975 after the army junta of Portugal was fallen. In Spain, the end of Franco army regime means almost the same as Christian Reconquista. So, the Lenin style revolutionists in Angola moved to Congo in 1960, but I suspect that the refugees included the Kennedy/ Khrushchev refugees who arrived in Angola via sea route.

Other refugees to Congo came from Rwanda and Sudan, as well as “origin: unknown” refugees. Rwanda and Congo experienced the de-colonization movement against Belgium in the same era (Rwanda Revolution in 1959-1961, and Congo Independence movement by Lumumba in 1958-1960). Rwanda was also a colony of Germany (Prussia) until 1916 (German East Africa existed in 1885-1918). Then, it became a colony of Belgium in 1916-1962 as a part of Ruanda-Urundi. Since the “Germany” which colonized East Africa until WWI was Prussia, the people who caused the dissolution of the kingdom of Bavaria and the ally of Young Turks, I suspect that the independence in Congo and Rwanda since 1958- was influenced by such Prussia Germans. It is also mysterious that the past Belgian colonists exiled to neighbor countries from Rwanda, but not from Congo. Maybe the independence of Congo from Belgium was foiled by the fall of Lumumba. The first refugees (origin: Congo) appeared in 1964.

In any case, Congo rapidly increased the acceptance of UNHCR refugees (maybe hired as the UN peacekeeping force), and became a major refugee acceptance country until the end of 1960s. It is noted that the HIV crisis in Africa started in 1960 (the same year when Congo accepted UNHCR refugees) in Congo, and it especially spread to the area of the Lake Victoria in 1980s. So, HIV crisis was also likely to be caused by the UNHCR refugees.
As you see in the line chart about refugee acceptance in 1960s (selected countries), other mass refugee acceptance happened in Uganda and Tanzania (neighbor countries of Congo). In both countries, the first refugees came from Rwanda. So, the refugees were the past Belgian colonists in Rwanda and their ally.

The next is the chart about the refugees (origin: Rwanda). After the 1961 independence, the past Belgian colonists mainly moved to Burundi, Congo, Tanzania and Uganda. UNHCR help monarchists/ Christian refugees only. As reflecting to the modern situation, it means that the refugee wave around the Rwanda genocide (middle of 1990s) caused the mass emigration of Rwanda (monarchist/ Belgian colonist side) to Congo. Since 2000, the president of Rwanda is Paul Kagame (alleged pro-Belgium politician). So, many of such Rwanda refugees could have gone back to Rwanda. However, since 2015, Rwanda refugees started to return to Congo. M23 movement is regarded as the cause of the recent war between Congo and Rwanda. But ICC Karim Khan (the prosecutor who issued arrest warrant to Netanyahu) criticized M23. Although M23 is said to be led by Tutsi (the past Belgian colonist nomads in Rwanda), I suspect that M23 includes the people who caused the “genocide” against Tutsi, namely, M23 may include the real independence faction (Hutu) of Rwanda. Since it is very difficult to acquire trustworthy information for this issue, I will update about Rwanda after I understand it better.

Appendix: Uganda as the Modern Hub of UNHCR Refugees
Many countries deport UNHCR refugees recently. Trump regime of US made an agreement with Uganda about the deportation of UNHCR refugees. As an exchange, Trump stated that he strengthened US investment on Uganda.
He also made similar refugee agreements with Rwanda, South Sudan and Eswatini. Notably, Uganda has two lakes which are the starting points of White Nile and Victoria Nile. Blue Nile came from Ethiopia and White Nile came from Uganda. Both countries have a rich history for the refugee acceptance. Recently, Sudan and Egypt experienced floods from Nile river. They suspect the newly established mega size dam in Ethiopia.

The following charts are the UNHCR refugee acceptance in Uganda, South Sudan, and Rwanda. All of the three countries experience the rise of refugees, but especially Uganda saw a dramatical increase of UNHCR refugees from South Sudan (pink) and Congo (DRC). Since the Sudanese civil war (North Islam faction versus South Christian faction), South Sudan became a place of exile for the Christians of Sudan. South Sudan was recognized as an independent country in 2011. And many of such Sudanese Christians further exiled to Uganda, which amounted to about 1 million since 2017. Sudan has a strong political tie with Uganda (pink as refugees from South Sudan) and Ethiopia, and Uganda sent military troops to South Sudan to fight against Sudan. Assumingly, it is easy to cross their border.

In 1960s, Kennedy refugees who were purged from many countries exiled to Africa to destroy the real African independence and change it into the mercenaries to fight against Charles de Gaulle. It is very likely that Trump is also preparing for the case of the fall of the current second Kennedy regime by making shelter countries in Africa which can accept Kennedy (anti-communist) refugees, especially in Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia and South Sudan. In 1960s, such terrorists were used to destroy Africa. So, we need to avoid the repetition of the history.
Since this article became very long and complicated, I will finish this article. I would like to see the detail of refugee issue and politics in East Africa in the next articles (especially Ethiopia and Tanzania).
